NEXUS YOU is a six-month interactive intensive training program for NEXUS Mountain Network members to find their purpose, overcome obstacles, enhance skills, connect with the right people, and formulate a plan to achieve their calling. There will be a total of 20 evening classes. 

 

NEXUS YOU is led by Christian certified professional trainers and expert guest speakers from industry leading corporations and world renowned leadership programs. The NEXUS YOU program consists of both in-person and virtual sessions. Each class will be maxed out at 30 attendees in order to maximize personal attention.

The NEXUS Mountain Network is based upon three pillars; CONNECT together, LEARN together, and ACHIEVE God’s purposes in the seven mountains of influence. NEXUS YOU is also based upon these pillars. Below are some examples of NEXUS YOU content.

CONNECT

Course Content:

  • Identify your mountain to bring clarity of direction and with whom you need to connect.

  • Determine your strengths to know what you should do and who best compliments you.

  • Analyze personality styles to better understand yourself and how to best collaborate with others.

  • Brainstorm with classmates and trainers to collect new ideas and form life partnerships.

  • Leverage the NEXUS Network to connect with mentors and your divine partnerships.

LEARN

Course Content:

  • Find your purpose, bring confidence in your calling, and overcome fears.

  • Learn to hear the voice of God to acquire courage in your decision making.

  • Learn to engage in society to achieve God’s plan for you life.

  • Understand your personal needs to prevent pitfalls on your journey.

  • Investigate your personal wheel of wellness to uncover the blind spots in your life.

  • Unlock your story by analyzing your past to bring clarity to your future.

  • Determine your biblical redemptive gifts to take on your God-given role on earth.

  • How to achieve quality of life in order to operate in God’s Grace Zone.

ACHIEVE

Course Content:

  • Establish winning mindset habits in order to overcome psychological obstacles.

  • Receive coaching on your plan for the next steps of your life.

  • Establish goals for the next assignment God has for you.

  • NEXUS YOU Certification to confidentially propel you into the next season of life.

  • Apply to become a NEXUS Certified Coach to help others in the NEXUS Mountain Network.
